Job Title: Online and Offline Marketing Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Online and Offline Marketing Executive who will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness and expanding our user base among dental students. This role requires a blend of online marketing expertise and strong interpersonal skills for offline engagement, including traveling to dental colleges for direct promotion.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Marketing and Online Promotion
    • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and email marketing to reach and engage dental students.
    • Generate customer reviews and testimonials to build brand trust and reputation.
    • Conduct regular analysis of digital campaign performance, optimizing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  2. Enquiry Handling and Cold Calling
    • Answer incoming enquiries from potential customers, providing them with information about our platform and its benefits.
    • Conduct cold calls to prospective users and educational institutions, introducing them to Taughtwell SimplifyEd’s offerings.
  3. Offline Marketing and College Outreach
    • Visit dental colleges across Maharashtra and surrounding areas to conduct in-person promotions, distribute marketing materials, and increase brand awareness among students.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with college administrators, professors, and student groups to promote our educational platform.
    • Organize and participate in campus events, seminars, and workshops to engage with potential users directly.
  4. Customer Review Generation and Feedback Collection
    • Actively reach out to existing users to gather reviews and feedback, helping us improve our offerings and build credibility.
    • Leverage user testimonials for marketing campaigns and social media.
  5. Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and report on the success of both online and offline marketing efforts.
    • Provide insights and suggestions based on campaign data to improve future marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing, telemarketing, or customer service.
    • Experience in Edu-Tech or working with students is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cold calling and offline promotions.
    • Ability to work independently and travel extensively as required.
    • Proficiency in basic data analysis to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 80%) to dental colleges and institutions.
    • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
